1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JRB Holiday website and any account you create with us. By browsing this website, creating an account, or requesting a quotation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by JRB Holiday Sdn Bhd, a travel company based at Plaza Berjaya, Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. JRB Holiday is licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) to provide travel services. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to JRB Holiday Sdn Bhd.

3. Your account

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly at admin@jrbholiday.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

To protect your account, repeated failed sign-in attempts will temporarily lock the account. Accounts created by travel agencies are reviewed and approved by our team before they can be used.

4. Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Content on this website — including itineraries, packages and prices shown — is for information only and does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and any required payment has been received.

• Quotations are subject to availability of flights, hotels, transfers and activities at the time of confirmation.
• Prices, inclusions and cancellation terms are stated in your quotation or invoice and prevail over general website content.
• It is your responsibility to hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any other documents required for your travel.
• Third-party services (airlines, hotels, tour operators) are delivered by their respective providers and are subject to their conditions as well as ours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• create accounts using another person's information without permission;
• attempt to access restricted areas, disrupt the website, or probe its security;
• scrape, copy or redistribute website content and quotations for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its design, logo, text, itineraries and imagery are owned by or licensed to JRB Holiday and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal travel planning; any other use requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links

Our website links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media). Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the website on an "as available" basis and work to keep information accurate and the service reliable. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amounts actually paid to us for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
